Advanced Digital Photography - Learning How to See

Two 6 hour Saturday sessions (Lectures are in English)
Do you want to take your photography to the next level? Then this 2-Saturday, 12 hour course is just what you need! It starts with a review of camera technique and quickly moves into the lower level giving the photographer the information necessary to take control of the camera and express his or her artistic vision. This class includes both visual design and post processing raw files using Lightroom.
This lecture series is intended for people with a fundamental understanding of the single lens reflex camera or high-end digital compact camera. Some experience with either Lightroom or Photoshop is helpful. Class size is limited to 18 people.Class Agenda:
- Introduction and overview of common errors made by both amatuers and professionsals
- Visual design - including dominance, pattern and rythmn, and tension and order
- Understanding light - LDR, HDR, the histogram
- Managing the lens - perspective control and parallax correction
- Advanced camera functionality and formats
- The magic and importance of post processing using Lightroom and Photoshop
